Two articles on the importance of access to healthcare for Deaf people

Here are two articles released in February 2015 which looked at the importance of supporting patients with a hearing loss to access healthcare

It has been shown that Deaf BSL users have poorer health mainly due to problems accessing health care and communicating with healthcare professionals.

These articles highlight the importance of  having Deaf Awareness to help reduce the problem of poor healthcare within Deaf BSL users and provide tips on how this can be done.
